This entry has double importance to us. With his parents’ permission, we’re sharing with you one of the most amazing events we’ve ever had the joy of photographing: The birth of our little friend, Nicholas. Jennifer worked so hard during her labor to bring him into the world, and Chris was right there beside her in complete wonderment.
Additionally, the following slideshow contains what are among the last photos of Nicholas’ uncle, Ralph, who had been fighting a terminal illness for a long time. He was a wonderful friend of ours. Ralph was there on the night of Nicholas birth, and he was able to hold him and welcome him. Last night, only a few short weeks after Nicholas’ birth, Ralph passed away, making these photos that much more poignant. We’ll miss him.
