This time, we’ve stumbled upon a daring gown designer in the UK by the name of Basia Zarzycka<\/strong><\/a>. Her designs are all at once both elegant and shocking, at times deceptively simple and yet always deliciously high fashion. Her attention to detail and accessorization is incredible.
