But we’re also catching up on a ton of work since getting back from vacation – portrait sessions, album design projects, talking to couples about weddings for 2009 and 2010, and even a recent proposal photo shoot in NYC.

Since returning to the cold and snow, we’ve been anxious to share some of our vacation photos with you. We had an awesome time with two of our best friends, Detroit area’s incredible Jessica & Nathan Johnston, a fantastic and fun-loving couple who share our passion for amazing photography. Our vacation took us to the beautifully varied islands of Aruba, Bonaire, Grenada, Dominica, St. Thomas, and Princess Cays. The sky was full of sun; the islands were saturated with varied color; there was plenty of sand between our toes; we zip-lined through a rainforest; the food was delicious; we met some wonderful people; and I think I may even have gotten a couple shades darker!
